The day pass gives you full access for 24 hours from the time of purchase. It does not auto-renew. When the 24 hours are up, access stops. If you want another day, purchase again. There is no recurring charge.

We read your holdings and trade history for portfolio analysis. PortoAI can also place orders, but only when you explicitly confirm each one. No order fires automatically. We never store your broker credentials. You can disconnect anytime.

Yes. Connecting a broker is optional. Without it, you can still use stock research, the screener, market pulse, IPO research, and other market tools. Broker connection adds portfolio-aware context: PortoAI can then analyse your actual holdings, check position-level risk, and tailor research to what you own.

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days. After the period ends, your account reverts to free access. No questions asked.

Day pass purchases are non-refundable. The pass is consumed immediately on purchase and the 24-hour window begins at that moment. For subscriptions, the refund policy is described in full on the refund policy page.
