Refund & Cancellation
Policy regarding subscription renewals and cancellations at PortoAI.
Effective date: January 29, 2026
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals only. Your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
Refunds
All subscription fees and day pass purchases are non-refundable once the billing period begins and access has been granted. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within an active billing period. This applies regardless of usage during the period.
Day Passes
Day passes are non-refundable once purchased. There is no auto-renewal on day passes.
Billing errors
If you believe there is a billing error or unauthorized charge, please contact us promptly via /contact. We will investigate promptly and resolve genuine errors.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
